With this document, BOKART Ltd. provides insight into the processing and protection of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

By entering into a contractual relationship with BOKART Ltd. you entrust us with your personal data.

In accordance with the General Regulation, we are not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer.


 DATA PROCESSING

I.

We process your personal data in accordance with legal and contractual obligations, obligations of public interest and in accordance with legitimate interest, i.e. based on legal frameworks regulated by Article 6 of the General Regulation.

All your personal data that is forwarded to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling our legal and contractual obligations is forwarded in accordance with our order.

BOKART Ltd. provides certain services and products through third parties. Third party service providers carry out certain activities such as shipping and distribution of our products, delivery of packages, sending surface mail and e-mail, bookkeeping, website hosting maintenance.


Categories of personal data:

a) CLIENTS: We process your basic personal data such as name, surname, address, OIB (Personal identification number), e-mail address, phone number, IP address, everything based on a contractual relationship or visiting our website and internet applications.


b) WORKERS: We process the personal data of our workers in accordance with the Labor Law, binding regulations and other legal norms and regulations that mandate, require or approve the use of personal data of workers related to the performance of work or in close connection with the obligation to perform work.


DATA STORAGE TIME

We delete your basic personal data upon termination of the contractual relationship, death, or at the latest upon the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data.

You can exercise all of the above-mentioned rights by submitting a Request to the official e-mail address and to the address of the company headquarters specified in the General Information chapter of this Privacy Policy.​


We are obliged to respond to your request within one month from the submission of the request.


III. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

The controller uses a video surveillance system with the purpose of protecting property and workers in accordance with the Act on Occupational Safety and the Act on the Implementation of the General Regulation. The storage of videos is limited to 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Access to surveillance footage is limited to authorized persons, and the Data Controller has a prescribed Rulebook on video surveillance as a measure of transparency in the application of video surveillance.


This Privacy Policy enters into force on 10th October, 2023.
